The Southwest District encompasses 80 square miles and is home to approximately 118,000 of Indianapolis’s citizenry. The headquarters building, located at 551 N. King has been a fixture in the heart of the Haughville neighborhood since 1991. The 190 officers and 10 person civilian staff are dedicated to providing the highest standard of service and protection to the community and neighborhoods. In the Southwest District, we are committed to building relationships with businesses, the faith-based community, neighborhood organizations, as well as our district’s schools.
