Kevin D. Taylor - Executive Director.
Mr. Taylor was appointed Executive Director of the Bond Bank on January 8, 2008. Mr. Taylor is a graduate of Centre College in Danville, Kentucky, and holds an M.P.A. from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University-Bloomington. Following graduate school in 1989, Mr. Taylor began working at Standard & Poor’s Corp. in New York City and continued working in the municipal credit at Prudential Securities and AIG’s Global Investment Group.
