Indianapolis – Council President Steve Talley will join business and government leaders to announce the Kids Health Festival, an interactive event to encourage healthy habits for the new school year.  President Talley will be joined by Dennis Casey, President of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Indiana; Virginia A. Caine, M.D., Director,  Marion County Health Department;  William Stephan, Senior Vice President of Community Relations and Communications at Clarian Health Partners; Jane Henegar, Deputy Mayor for the City of Indianapolis, and Jillian "JJ" Jennings with Radio One.
