Mayo​r's Action Center

City-County offices, including the Mayor's Action Center, will be closed beginning at noon on Wednesday, November 25th and will remain closed on Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th.  The Mayor's Action Center will open again on Monday, November 30th at 7:30 a.m.
During this time, service requests may be made online at or on the free mobile apps for RequestIndy.
Trash services, including residential trash, heavy trash, leaf collection, and curbside recycling will be running on a slide schedule this week.
There will be NO trash services on Thursday, November 26th. 
Wednesday routes will remain on regular schedule.
Thursday routes will run on Friday, November 27th.
Friday routes will run on Saturday, November 28th. 
All trash schedules will return to normal on Monday, November 30th.

​The Mayor's Action Center (MAC) provides the citizens of the Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County with a single point of contact to request City services, obtain information, or provide feedback. The following are just a few of the issues that can be reported through the


  • ​​Potholes
  • Missed trash collections
  • Abandoned vehicles​
  • Traffic signals or signs
  • Zoning violations
  • And many more!
In an effort to provide excellent customer service, the MAC now offers several ways for citizen's to request services and to check the status of an existing service request around the clock through RequestIndy online and the free RequestIndy Mobile Application​.
