Angela Gilmer

A native of Indianapolis, Angela is a graduate of Indiana University/Bloomington in Political Science and Telecommunications. At Channel 16 Angela is responsible for producing a wide variety of programming. Angela oversees several series in her TV producer role including Focus On Health and Government at Your Service. Some of her other productions have highlighted the activities and events at the Indianapolis International Airport, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful and an info-mercial for the Deputy Mayor of Neighborhoods. In 1997 she was the co-recipient of a Silver Telly Award for The Athenaeum Then and Now, a fundraising video for the Athenaeum Foundation. Angela can be reached at 327.2021, or via e-mail:

Bradley K. Sims

Bradley K. Sims is not only a TV producer with Channel 16 but also represents the minority community in his leadership role as a member of the Indianapolis Association of Black Journalists (IABJ). Bradley produces many of WCTY's minority oriented programming such as Wake Up Indianapolis. Additionally, he has overseen the production of many of the public safety series programs past and present for Channel 16. These include Crime Watch, On Duty and Crime Stoppers.
