Sahara Williams is a small business owner and registered professional engineer in the building construction industry. She has experience managing multiple multi-million dollar capital projects, overseeing construction of bridge, roadway, and building projects, designing structures as complicated as a five-story parking garage, and facilitating turnkey operations such as safety hazard abatement structures. Her project management experience has included a $40 million budget oversight, program development, contract negotiations, technical consulting, and construction engineering.
