Mr. Fullbeck serves as a Project Manager in the Bond Bank. Prior to joining the Bond Bank, Kurt served as a Project Assistant for Mayor Ballard in the Department of Enterprise Development. In that capacity, Kurt was involved in several projects aimed at finding efficiencies in government operations as well as opportunities for development throughout city government. Kurt holds a Bachelors Degree from Indiana University.
