 Super Bowl XLVI- Limited Duration Licenses

Generally, without the designation of a special event, the activities listed below would be prohibited or severely restricted in some manner. During a special event like Super Bowl XLVI, however, the Department of Code Enforcement has the ability to permit the following eight (8) types of activity with certain restrictions:

Super Bowl XLVI - Celebration Site Resource Guide

Transient Merchant– Businesses that are mobile and use private property outside of the Clean Zone & Super Celebration Sites which belongs to another individual or business may be required to obtain a transient merchant license. Please review the ordinance to find out of a particular business requires a transient merchant license.
