BNS offers a variety of online resources to assist with permitting, licensing and research needs. The Citizen Access Portal is an online tool open to Indianapolis/Marion County citizens, businesses and visitors allowing access to their local city government.
Visit the Citizen Access Portal to access commonly requested documents, enforcement cases reports and more from the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services (BNS), the Division of Planning of the Marion County Health Department (MCHD) and the Indianapolis Historic preservation Commission (IHPC).
