ROW Electronic Submittal Instructions

DCE is offering a new electronic submittal option for some right of way permits. The permitting process follows:

  • Email your applications and other documentation to PermitQuestions@indy.gov.
  • If there are questions or additional information required, DCE will contact you via email.
  • When the permit is ready to issue, DCE will add the appropriate fees.
  • You will receive email notification when your permit is ready to be paid for and issued.
  • Pay your fees online with credit/debit card or eCheck.
  • Permit auto-emailed upon Issuance – most times within minutes of payment!

This service will streamline the process and allow you to apply and obtain a permit without coming to our office.
