Right of Way Use Permit Decals

The Right of Way Use Permit in a sticker or decal form, generally is issued only to public utilities and/or their sub-contractors, with written documentation from the utility company for which they will be working, to allow them to perform normal work duties without the need to obtain a separate permit each time work is being done in the Right of Way and there are no pavement excavations being performed. The stickers are numbered and assigned to specific vehicles requested by the utility. The sticker allows the user up to a total of eight hours of time at a specific site location without prior authorization for a permit. The fee is $477.00 for each sticker which is valid for one calendar year. The expiration date is December 31st of the year issued.
