Nuisance Initiatives

The Nuisance Abatement Analyst compiles data from leads by other agencies and citizen complaints to determine candidates for nuisance lawsuit filing. Additionally, police data is compiled from the GIS mapping system that allows the Nuisance Abatement Analyst to recommend both residential and commercial properties for nuisance abatement projects.

To report a nuisance property, business or owner, please contact the BNS Nuisance Abatement Staff at Nuisance_Abatement@indy.gov.
