Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER)
The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) details how federal funding was received and expended for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA). These dollars are made available to the community in order to achieve the objectives of both the Action Plan and the Consolidated Plan.
The report includes:
- Total amount of funds available (including estimated program income;
- Total amount of funds committed and expended;
- Geographic distribution and location of expenditures;
- Summary of community accomplishments for each priority need designated in that year's Action Plan.
