The Mission of the Keystone Enterprise Park:
The mission of the Keystone Enterprise Park has always been to create jobs for the Martindale Brightwood area and the City. Businesses that move into the Park are asked to make a good faith effort to hire people from the neighborhood. The Indianapolis Private Industry Council (IPIC) and its partners along with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development are available to assist companies in getting qualified applicants for jobs that are available.

Process for purchasing land in the Keystone Enterprise Park:
Fill out an application and send it to the project manager, Steve Schulmeyer, at sschulme@indy.gov or fax to 327-5908 to his attention.
