The Mission of the Keystone Enterprise Park:

The mission of the Keystone Enterprise Park (KEP) is to create jobs for the Martindale Brightwood area and the City of Indianapolis.  Businesses that locate into the Park are asked to make a good faith effort to hire people from the neighborhood. The Indianapolis Private Industry Council (IPIC) and its partners along with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development are available to assist companies in getting qualified applicants for jobs that are available.  

Location of the Keystone Enterprise Park:

The Enterprise Park is located at the Northwest portion of the intersection of Keystone Way and I-70 and is accessible from Keystone Way

Process for purchasing land in the Keystone Enterprise Park:

Fill out an application and then send it to the project manager, Steve Schulmeyer at sschulme@indy.gov or fax to 317-327-5908 to Steve's attention.
