The DMD/City will entertain proposals for mixed-use, retail, commercial and/or residential uses through sealed proposals for sale and redevelopment of City-owned property located at 1402, 1500 and 1520 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street (SW Corner of 16th & MLK).
