Project Purpose
The purpose of this project is to create a market-based, results-driven plan that prescribes a transferable and adaptive approach for the relatively quick and sustainable reuse of four former automotive manufacturing sites that are either vacant or underutilized. The intent of this project is to use the deliverables (interim and final) to inform City agencies and partnering organizations of the Region’s capacity to spur private investment at these four sites.  This project is further intended to create higher-skill, higher-wage jobs and enhance the City's ability to compete nationally and globally .
