The City of Indianapolis is a place where entrepreneurs can look forward to great opportunities and a diverse economic climate. At the Department of Minority & Women Business Development, we strive to make those opportunities available to all business owners through certification, education, and outreach. Thanks to the work of this department and city officials, minority- , women- , and veteran-owned businesses can expect equal access to contract opportunities from the city, county and even privately-funded projects in central Indiana.
