Occasionally, Indy Parks staff may take general photos/video of park/greenway users for use in advertising, promotion, in brochures and on indyparks.org. 

The staff photographer should have proper Indy Parks and Recreation identification.

If you have any concerns about having your photo or your child's photo taken, please notify the staff photographer or contact the park manager.

Please note:  When you register for any Indy Parks program, you have the option of initialing a photo release statement on the registration form.  This release gives Indy Parks and Recreation permission to take your photo or your child's photo during park-sponsored/park-operated classes and events, again solely for Indy Parks' use in advertising and promotion.  If you choose not to initial the photo release, please inform your program instructor at the first class, or contact the park manager.

 
 

​Photo Use Agreement

Indy Parks requires a permit for any commercial video or photography shoot on all city park property, including greenways.  An application must be completed and submitted with the commercial shoot fee to Indy Parks prior to the day of shooting.  Organizations must also produce proof of insurance. 

Application
