The water provides support the body, adds resistance, and lowers stress on joints. We offer high, medium, and low intensity workouts.Ages 18+ $3 Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 P.M.to 6:30 P.M.Deep Water AerobicsThis high intensity workout offers our water aerobics participants an extra 30 minutes of workout time focusing on cardiovascular conditioning and core muscle toning using flotation devices in the deep water.
