PICNIC SHELTERS
Picnic shelters are the perfect spot for your warm weather birthday party, BBQ, family reunion and other outdoor special event! While shelters may be used on a first-come, first-served basis, reservations are strongly recommended during the months of April-October to ensure availability.

For larger family events or corporate gatherings, Indy Parks has group picnic shelters and pavilions available for rent.

Eagle's Crest

Eagle Creek Park
This picturesque area is framed by 50 acres of wooded terrain and makes an ideal setting for a variety of events including corporate picnics and family reunions. The home on the Crest's grounds features two fireplaces, meeting rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Picnic areas offer an outdoor dining option. Open meadows provide opportunity for a corporate sporting events and games.

Price: $100 per hour evening/weekend(4 hour minimum)

Eagle's Hide-A-Way

Eagle Creek Park
This retreat sits on 34 acres of sloping wooded terrain. A spacious main room is decorated with cathedral ceiling. A fully equipped kitchen serves your cuisine needs. Other features include terrace gardens, fireplaces, restrooms and small meeting rooms.

The Sunken Garden/Garfield Park Conservatory

Garfield Park
This uniquely landscaped area makes for a perfect wedding ceremony site. Weddings may be performed April 15-October 15, during assigned two-hour periods.

Accommodates: 150 max.
Price: $950 per booking (2 hour maximum)
Conservatory - Waterfall area
Accommodates: 20 standing room only
Price: $200 per hour (2 hour maximum)
Glenns Valley Retreat & Nature Park

Glenns Valley Nature Park
This secluded home sits on 29 acres of woods and rolling hills and offers a picturesque setting. The conference center features a large meeting room with hardwood floors, a brick fireplace, small and medium meeting rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Picnic area provides a relaxing outside dining experience.

Post Road Park Banquet and Meeting Facility

Post Road Community Park
Host your next function in one of Indy's most idyllic banquet facilities. Whether it's a small company meeting or a shelter for a company picnic, the Post Road Community Center can suit your needs. This facility is available all year round, seven days a week from early in the morning till late at night. The facility includes a Ball Room, Dining Room, Fireplace Room, Community Room and outdoor shelter, as well as two basketball courts, a playground, and horseshoes.
