Description
Andrew Ramsey Park is a classic 2-acre neighborhood park where families can enjoy picnics, or a leisurely afternoon!
After moving to Indianapolis in 1919, and graduating from Butler University, Andrew Ramsey taught high school and became very active in community affairs. He was one of several influential African-Americans who contributed to the betterment of Indianapolis and of American society as a whole.
