Description
JTV Hill (est. 1921) was dedicated to James Thomas Vastine Hill. He was one of the first African-American lawyers in the city and later served for several years as a deputy prosecutor for Marion County. In 1961, the Hill Center Park was built. In 1997, many renovations were done to the center or park (roofing, flooring, adjustable basketball courts, and more).
