Description

In 1993-94, the Warren Township Metropolitan School District needed more land for the development of a middle school and worked with Indy Parks to merge properties to create Raymond Park Middle School and Indy Island Aquatic Center. The park offers a variety programs and activities for all ages.

Raymond Park offers more than just Aquatic Programs! We have fitness classes, preschool classes, tumbling and dance classes, and a swim team program just to name a few. Here a few highlights.

Raymond Park Programs

Preschool and Youth Arts and Crafts

Fun Factory 2.0 Don't miss this creative and exciting 8 week program. Every class is different with a new project, song and activity. 

Adult Fitness Programs

We offer Yoga/Pilates, Strength/Aerobic, Muscle Toning and Water Aerobic classes. Call for more information.

Senior Cards and Coffee

Come play cards and have a cup of coffee with old and new friends alike. This is a new drop in social program we are trying to build up. Please call for more information.

 

Rental Facilities and Fees 

Indy Island is available for private rentals. We would love to host your next church, family, work or team party. Private rental can be booked on almost any Saturday or Sunday starting at 5:30 p.m.  Friday evenings will be available between June 5th and August 7th as well.  Please call us today for more information and to book your group.  

  • Capacity: up to 250 people.
  • Price: $500 for two hours (minimum); $250 for each additional hour.
  • Food:  You may bring your own food or use a caterer from the current Preferred Caterer's list, or the concession stand will stay open for a $50 minimum food purchase.
  • All regular pool rules still apply.

 

Birthday Parties @ Indy Island

Celebrate your Birthday with all your friends at Indy Island! Have some cake, open your presents, go down the slide and splash around in our indoor aquatic center!  Parties are held during normal open swim times. You provide the cake and we provide the fun! 

How do I reserve a Birthday Party?

Birthday Parties must be reserved at least two (2) weeks in advance. Full payment must be made at the time of reservation.  The Big Kahuna package is based on 8 youth and 2 adults, but you can add up to 20 people in a party (maximum 30 people per party). Additional guests and pizza must be added and paid for by 5pm on the Thursday before your scheduled party.  Please note: last-minute guests will be treated as regular patrons and asked to wait their turn to pay before entering.

What is included in my birthday party rental?

Big Kahuna: includes 8 youth and 2 adult’s pool admission and the reserved Birthday Party area for 55 minutes. We will provide juice drinks, plates, napkins, forks and a tablecloth. You provide the cake and/or ice cream.
Cost:  $70.  Additional youth $5.25; Additional adult $6. Maximum 30 people per party. 

You will also be able to add pizzas to your party package for an additional charge.  These pizzas must be added and paid for by 5pm the Thursday before your scheduled party.  The following are your pizza options: Lava Cheesetastic Pizza $9.00, Tropical Pepperoni Pizza $10.00, and Sunny Sausage Pizza $10.00.

Other important birthday party info:
- For children ages 3-5 years old, we recommend at least one adult in the water for every three children.
- For children 6-8 years old, we recommend at least one adult for every five children.
- All facility rules still apply.
- Prices subject to change.
