Camps
"Traditional Day Camps"
Our traditional day camps are age specific and offers a variety of activities including arts/crafts, sports, games, swimming and weekly field trips. Activities revolve around weekly themes, giving each week of camp its own distinct flavor! Camper to counselor ratio is 1:8 (ages 6-9) and 1:10 (ages 10-13).

"Environmental Education Day Camps"
EE camps are designed to introduce and engage children to the natural environment. All programs involve fun, hands-on activities on various topics including wildlife, insects, plants, natural habitats and more! Children are encouraged  to explore, experiment and make their own discoveries.

"Specialty Day Camps"
Children are given valuable opportunities to explore activities such as visual arts, music, dance, theatre, science and develop skills specific in those areas. In addition to specialties that vary each week, each program involves performances and special events.

"Therapeutic Recreation"
Indy Parks offers two therapeutic day camps for children with intellectual and physical disabilities.  "Camp GATHER" is for ages 6-12,  "Gather on the Move" is for youth 13-21. Campers enjoy a fun, structured day of swimming, fitness, crafts, field trips and multi-sensory activities. Our ratio is 1:3.
