Indianapolis Animal Care & Control (IACC) relies on the hard work of dozens of local and national rescue groups to take animals out of its shelter and find them loving forever homes. In 2008, 4,015 animals were saved by these rescue groups. IACC encourages the community to adopt from these partners if the perfect pet cannot be found at its shelter:

All completed applications will be reviewed and approved by the IACC administrator. Please call the Breed Rescue Office at 317-327-1384 for more information.
