Southeast District officers provide uniformed field patrol and investigative services to the southeast area of Indianapolis. With its headquarters building at 1150 S. Shelby Street, the District is staffed with approximately 190 sworn and 15 civilian employees and is under the direction of Commander Ronald Hicks. The District covers about 85 square miles with a 2000 population estimate of 147,901.
