The city has begun a much-needed program to improve water quality in Indianapolis neighborhoods. DPW oversees the operation of the city's two wastewater treatment plants and sewage collection system. We also work to improve drainage, reduce flooding and extend sewers to neighborhoods served by septic systems. These efforts are improving our quality of life and making our neighborhoods cleaner and healthier. |
