38th Street Project Updates

A new phase of the 38th Street Rehabilitation Project starts Monday, August 23 and will affect two lanes of traffic in each direction. Between Moller Road and High School Road traffic will be shifted to the eastbound lanes while crews work on the westbound lanes. The intersection of 38th Street & High School Road will also be restricted. There will be no left turn at this intersection.
Law enforcement officers will be on site enforcing the restrictions. All traffic in the construction zone should expect delays and should watch for sudden stops.

Construction begins Thursday, June 17th. Crews will be sawing pavement near medians. Drivers will notice lane restrictions on the inside median lanes, going east and west. Electric signs will be posted, in various locations, to alert drivers of the restrictions.
