Currently, the City of Indianapolis has 83.36 miles of on-street bike lanes planned for the Zionsville Road, Georgetown Road, Ditch & Hoover Road, Tibbs Avenue, Kentucky Avenue, Mann Road, Raymond Street, Thompson Road, East 10th Street, Arlington Avenue, and Franklin Road corridors.  This phase of the BikeWays plan is not funded and will become priority once previous phases are developed.


 • Zionsville Road bike lanes – 3.0 miles – 96th Street to 71st Street

 • Georgetown Road/Moller Road/Lynhurst Drive/Auburn Street bike lanes – 8.96 miles – 79th Street to 10th Street

 • Ditch Road/Hoover Road – 4.62 miles – 96th Street to Fox Hill Drive

 • Tibbs Avenue – 0.20 miles – B&O Railroad to Michigan Street

 • Kentucky Avenue – 4.91 miles – Harding Street to I – 465

 • Mann Road – 5.69 miles – Kentucky Avenue to End

 • Raymond Street/Churchman Avenue/Albany Street/Churchman Road/Hanna Avenue – 7.21 miles – Shelby Street to Southeastern Avenue

 • Thompson Road – 2.36 miles – Southeastern Avenue to Carroll Road

 • East 10th Street – 5.71 miles – Arlington Avenue to Cumberland Road

 • Arlington Avenue/56th Street/Fall Creek Road/Graham Road/75th Street – 19.9 miles – Allisonville Road to County Line Road

 • Franklin Road/56th Street/Boy Scout Road/Fall Creek Road/Hague Road – 20.8 miles – 96th Street to County Line Road
