SUSTAI​NINDY 
COMMUNITY GRANTS​​

THE APPLICATION PERIOD FOR 2017 SUSTAININDY COMMUNITY GRANTS IS OPEN 

Applications are due by 5 p.m. on March 24

The SustainIndy Community Grant program was created in 2014, the result of a public-private partnership between the Office of Sustainability and the McKinney Family Foundation. The purpose of this program is to support initiatives that promote social and cultural vibrancy, ensure environmental integrity and further economic development.

The grants are designed to allow citizens - who may not have the tools or financial funding needed to get started - the opportunity to create change in the community. 

Applications for the grants shoud address the following areas:

1. Sustainability Principles
2. Public-private partnerships
3. STAR Community Rating Framework

Who can a​pply: 

The grants are available to any individual or group residing within Marion County. To be considered, all ativities of the proposed project must take place within Marion County and the project must have a community partner.
