The Human Resources (HR) Division is a customer-driven organization which provides support to agency and department employees enhancing the competitive position of the City of Indianapolis and Marion County. Human Resources is committed to providing quality service in employment, training, employee relations, employee recognition, employee records, benefits, and compensation. The HR Division is headed by the Human Resources Director.

This Division provides support to departments and employees enhancing the competitive position of the City of Indianapolis and Marion County. The primary goal of the Human Resources Division is to proactively recruit and develop a competitive, customer focused workforce.
