Appointed by the Mayor, the Office of Finance and Management ensures the financial assets of the government are protected. The Office of Finance and Management is responsible for the City's financial management which includes: preparing the City budget, investing City funds, and compiling accounting data to prepare the annual financial reports.
The Office of Finance and Management oversees the processing of the Human Resources Division, Purchasing Division, and Barrett Law project debt.

Notice is hereby given that the tax duplicates for the several taxing units of Marion County, for the year 2009 payable in 2010 are now in the hands of the County Treasurer, who is ready to receive the taxes charged thereon.
