Draft 2012 CAPER

The Community Resources Division has released the draft 2012 Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER). This document evaluates the performance of the City's strategies for allocating CDBG, HOME, ESG, and HOPWA funds to specific projects. Public comment can be sent to Erica.Aquila@indy.gov and will be accepted through March 30th, 2013.
