As the Director of Administration, Maurice is responsible for serving as the Chief Financial Officer of the Agency, managing the efficiency of operations and controlling the budget for the office. Maurice also overseees the human resources function of the agency, including employee hiring, compensation, and discipline.
Maurice's professional background incorporates more than 30 years of financial and administrative experiences in Fortune 500 companies and large non-profits.
Maurice is a graduate of Kentucky State University, the University of Wisconsin, and has obtained Level II assessor certification as well as taken many courses in construction and architecture. He has also had extensive experience in 6 Sigma and process improvement processes.
Maurice has many volunteer experiences in community centers, neighborhood organizations, and community development.
