As the Director of Data Analysis, Brenda Erbse (formerly known as Brenda Dudley) is responsible for serving as the Chief Information Officer of the Agency, maintaining the collection and integrity of all property tax assessment data for Marion County, both in paper and electronic format. Brenda also oversees the processing of property transfers, the electronic mapping of all parcels in the county, and the analysis of property tax data, including sales disclosure filings.
Brenda has over ten years experience in Indiana Property Taxation with both the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF) and Marion County Assessor. In addition to her experience with Assessment data, Brenda also has extensive experience with Budget data after serving four years as the lead budget programmer for the DLGF.
Brenda is a graduate of Purdue University and Butler University. Brenda has obtained Level II assessor certification.
