Deed Recordation Procedure
1. Sales Disclosure must first be stamped by the County Assessor's Office (City-County Building Room 1360) Be sure to bring the deed as well.
2. Stamped Sales Disclosure and Deed must then be taken to the County Auditor's Office (City-County Building Room 841) Please be prepared to pay the transfer fee and the sales disclosure fee.
3. The Stamped Deed must then be taken to the County Recorder's Office (City-County Building Room 741) Please be prepared to pay the recordation fee.
