Online Sales Disclosure Filing Property Tax Benefits FormIn accordance with IC 6-1.1-12-43, the State of Indiana has prescribed Form 51781 titled "Indiana Property Tax Benefits" to be used by closing agents, which outlines available deductions and credits to homeowners.Effective January 1, 2005, a closing agent is subject to a civil penalty of $25.00 for each instance in which the closing agent fails to comply with this section in respect to a customer. This form must be printed on gold or yellow paper.
