Marion County Clerk Child Support Division
The Child Support Division accepts cash payments for child support cases. This office also provides services which initiate, modify/update or terminate child support cases. Payment histories may be obtained through the Child Support Division.
Indiana Code IC 33-37-5-1; IC 33-37-5-3; details the fees that are associated with the processing of these documents.
$1.00 for non-certified copy
$2.00 for certified copy
Proper identification (Driver's License) is required to secure a copy of the payment histories.
