Bonds may be posted with the Clerk's Office at the City-County Building or at the Arrestee Processing Center (APC). Click here for information on Bond Posting Location and Times. Forms of PaymentBond must be paid with cash, money orders, cashier's check or credit/debit cards. Personal checks are NOT accepted.
Credit card transactions must be performed on-site and the cardholder must present a valid photo ID. An additional processing fee will be added to the bond amount. All major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover - are accepted. Contraband including weapons, sharp objects, etc. will be confiscated and will NOT be returned.ParkingParking is available near both the City-County Building and the APC.
