Political Action Committees (PACs)
PACs are required to establish a committee once they raise or spend at least $100 in a calendar year. To establish a PAC committee supporting local candidates, the organization files a CFA-2 with the Marion County Election Board.  Those PACs supporting state candidates file the CFA-2 with the Indiana Election Division.  If a PAC supports both local and state candidates, the PAC must file with the Indiana Election Division and can choose to file a courtesy copy at the Marion County Election Board.  Once the committee is established, PACs must adhere to the appropriate filing schedule.
