The Marion County Clerk's Office does not conduct research, but we can provide you with the resources you need. Public terminals are available to review information found in the court’s mainframe computer system, JUSTIS. The main office has access to a Web-based version of the system and to all eFiled cases. All of the other public terminals only have mainframe access to JUSTIS.

Public terminals are available from 8AM to 4:30PM during regular workdays in these areas:

    • Records Division (2 terminals)
      Room B-1, City-County Building
    • Microfilm Department (2 terminals)
      Room B-2, City-County Building
    • Probate Court (4 terminals)
      Room 1741, City-County Building
    • Main Lobby (4 terminals)
      Room W-122, City-County Building
