The Marion County Circuit Court Clerk's Office is responsible for posting all bonds set by the Marion Circuit and Superior Courts. Bonds may be posted with the Clerk's Office at the City-County Building.
The Marion County Clerk's Office accepts bond payments 24 hours per day, everyday, in Room W-123 which is across the hall from the County Clerk's Office on the west end of the City County Building..
Bonds must be paid with cash, money orders, cashier's check or credit/debit cards. Personal checks are NOT accepted. Credit card transactions must be performed on-site and the cardholder must present a valid photo ID. An additional processing fee will be added to the bond amount. All major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover - are accepted. There is a nominal fee for using a credit/debit card.
All persons entering the City-County Building will be searched and pass through a metal detector. Contraband including weapons, sharp objects, etc. will be confiscated and will NOT be returned.
