Marion County Sheriff’s Training Academy Public Call in Session
 
The Marion County Sheriff’s Training Academy is a candidate for re-accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA).
 
The accreditation program requires the accredited agency to comply with accreditation standards as to policy and procedure, administration, operations, and support activities relevant to the operation of a law enforcement training academy.
 
Marion County Sheriff’s Office employees, as well as members of the community, are invited to offer comments to the CALEA assessment team on June 21, 2017, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. You may telephone 317-327-5983 to speak to a members of the assessment team.
 
Anyone wishing to submit written comments about the Marion County Sheriff’s Training Academy’s ability to comply with the standards for accreditation may send them directly to the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement, Inc.
