The Marion County Sheriff's Department Civil Office maintains two Real Estate Lists. The first is the 'short' one listing the property's address, sale number and township. There is also a 'full' list which shows the address of the property, sale number, township, plaintiff, judgment amount and any additional charges or fees. There is a charge for either list and it varies from month to month. The listings of real estate in Marion County are available for purchase on-line through CivicNet, the business-oriented web site of the Indianapolis/Marion County Government. The list is available for purchase with a credit card or as a paid subscription service. The real estate listing is also available for purchase in person at the Marion County Sheriff's Department Civil Office. The Civil Office is located in room 1122 on the 11th floor of the center tower of the City County Building at 200 East Washington Street. It is open 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except for county holidays.
