Welcome to the official website of the Metropolitan Emergency Communications Agency (MECA). Our mission is to provide quality, reliable and cost effective emergency communication and record management services to our customers and Indianapolis residents.
When I joined MECA in June 2005 I made customer service one of my top priorities. For instance, I hired a customer service manager and created a process to investigate customer concerns.
As we further develop this website, I hope it will become another way to keep our customers informed of projects and progress at MECA.
