Radio Upgrade Project
The new state-of-the-art digital voice system will be comprised of two Motorola ASTRO 25 800 MHz trunked voice radio communications systems and will serve both public safety and public service users. The new system also will include more than 6,000 new radios and 80 dispatch consoles for public safety and public service personnel throughout Indianapolis.
