Employment plays a vital role in a client's ability to successfully complete probation. The Employment Services program focuses on matching clients with programs to train them for and assist them in finding gainful employment. Additionally, clients are connected to resources in the community to prepare them to enter and maintain their place in the workforce. Many community partnerships have been formed to link clients to these essential services in their own neighborhoods.
While participating in the Program, clients can access employment assessments, job postings and workshops on topics such as resume building and Internet job searches to assist them in finding employment.
