Kenneth Allen
Prosecutor Brizzi will try Kenneth Allen on three counts of murder, three counts of conspiracy to commit murder, and two counts of robbery.
He is accused of killing Sharon Allen, Betty Bradley, and Leander Bradley in 2005.
The jury trial is scheduled for January 4th.
Brian Reese
Prosescutor Brizzi will try Brian Reese on one count of attempted murder, one count of resisting law enforcement, and one count of carrying a handgun without a license.
Reese is accused of shooting IMPD Officer Jason Fishburn in the head and chest on July 10, 2008.
The jury trial is scheduled for November 9th.
Jordan Phillips
Marion County Prosecutor's charged Jordan Phillips, 20, with eight felony counts in connection with a triple homicide in early June.
Phillips is accused of shooting Jerromy Wingfield, Shawnice Dunlap, and Devon Bledsoe on June 6, 2009 at the Cedar Ridge Apartments near 38th Street and German Church Road in Indianapolis.
The jury trial is scheduled for November 23, 2009
