The Misdemeanor/Domestic Violence and D Felony Divisions are responsible for representing indigent adults who are charged with Felonies.

Each attorney handles 150 cases a year and spends the majority of his/her time in court. Often the first contact a client will have with his attorney is at the first pre-trial conference. The volume of cases in these courts makes it difficult to meet with every client before his/her first court date.

If a client has an urgent matter before his court date and cannot reach his attorney immediately, he should leave a message via voice mail or with the paralegal assigned to his court. This is often the best means of getting in touch with your attorney. To find the attorneys or paralegals assigned to a specific court, choose Attorneys by Court or Paralegals by Court.

Our attorneys and paralegals work diligently to insure each and every client receive the quality representation this office strives to provide. If a concern arrises regarding a member of this division, please direct those concerns to the immediate supervisors listed at the top.
